Information we collect
When a seller connects Etsy, Nexlify may receive shop identifiers, listing metadata, and OAuth tokens for the scopes the seller approved.
How we use information
We use connected data to provide seller-facing review views, listing quality checks, and internal workflow notes. We do not sell seller data.
Storage and security
Production tokens and private shop data should be stored encrypted in server-side systems with restricted access. Public website pages do not expose private shop data.
Retention and cache limits
Etsy data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the connected seller workflow. Listing content is refreshed frequently, and cached Etsy content is removed when it is no longer needed or when access is revoked.
Revoking access
Sellers may revoke access from Etsy account settings or request removal by emailing support@nexlify.solutions.
Access, deletion, and correction
Sellers can request access, correction, export, or deletion of data held by Nexlify by emailing support@nexlify.solutions. We will verify the request before changing or deleting connected shop data.
Security incidents
If Etsy member data accessed through the API is compromised or suspected to be compromised, Nexlify will notify Etsy and the affected seller promptly, including the required Etsy privacy contact where applicable.
